Designs are applied using a dye sublimation process. Heat and pressure are applied making the dye become a gas which is then absorbed into the shirt itself, making the image permanent. It does not fade easily, wear, or add any texture or weight to the shirt.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash warm, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low.
Gildan 420 white unisex. PLEASE NOTE White can be thin (more see through).
Sublimation is a dye process that needs a higher polyester count to be vibrant.
Lower polyester count cotton blends give the design a more faded vintage look
