Shipping policy

 

Applies to in-stock items only. All orders are shipped out Mon-Fri only, excluding holidays. If your item is out of stock, we will contact you and let you know the estimated availability date, or issue you a refund if it will not be available.

Please allow additional time when a package is delayed due to adverse weather.

Please keep note that our warehouse does not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

We ship out all our packages from Winston-Salem, NC 27103.

You must still allow for the transit time of the carrier based on the method of shipment you choose.

One address per order.

Preorders can take up to 8 weeks. Estimated shipping on a preorder is 2-8 weeks.

Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our store. Each collection or item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date. These dates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our site with any changes.

Combined Orders

We suggest that pre-ordered items be ordered separately from “in-stock” orders, as in stock merchandise can be shipped immediately. If you combine in-stock and pre-order items into one purchase, all items will be shipped when the pre-order is fulfilled.
